Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information NovaBay, the internal publishing tool of Stark Collectables, handles when it connects to TikTok and other social platforms.
1. Whose data
NovaBay connects only to accounts owned by Stark Collectables. It is not used by members of the public, and it does not collect personal information from people who watch, like or comment on our videos.
2. Information NovaBay handles
- Account authorization: the access tokens TikTok and Meta issue when the Stark Collectables owner signs in and approves the connection.
- Basic profile of our own account: such as display name and account ID, used to confirm the right account is connected.
- Our own post data: the videos we upload, and their public performance counts (views, likes, comments, shares).
3. How it is used
Only to publish Stark Collectables' own videos after the owner approves each post, and to show how those posts perform. We do not sell, rent or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer, in a private file readable by that user account alone. They are never published, uploaded to shared folders, or sent to third parties other than the platform that issued them.
5. Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept only while the connection is in use. The owner can disconnect NovaBay at any time from the platform's app settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services), which revokes access, and the local token file is then deleted.
6. Children
NovaBay is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
