Terms of Service
These terms cover the Stark Collectables website and NovaBay, an internal tool that Stark Collectables ("we", "us") uses to make and publish short videos of our own trading cards to our own social media accounts, including TikTok.
1. Who can use NovaBay
NovaBay is a private, internal tool. It is used only by Stark Collectables to manage its own accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no outside user can sign up for or log into it.
2. What NovaBay does
- Creates videos of trading cards that Stark Collectables owns and offers for sale.
- Uploads those videos to Stark Collectables' own TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts, only after the account owner approves each post.
- Reads basic performance numbers (views, likes, comments) for those posts.
3. Platform rules
Every post made with NovaBay must follow the terms and community guidelines of the platform it is posted to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Purchases
Cards shown in our videos are sold through eBay. Every purchase is governed by eBay's terms and the individual listing. NovaBay does not process payments.
5. Content
Videos, photos and text published by Stark Collectables belong to Stark Collectables. Card designs and team or league marks belong to their respective owners and appear only to show the actual item being sold.
6. No warranty
The website and NovaBay are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Stark Collectables is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
